The difference between
astral projection and OOBE (Out Of Body Experience) depends on your
literary resource but we consider the following:
i) Astral Projection is the projection of the mind into the imagery that
begins when consciousness shifts from the body the the pineal (third eye)
area. The projection can be in real time and space or can be fantasy.
ii) OOBE is a partial or complete dislocation of the secondary body . It
will occur in real time and space and is often marked by the ability to
view ones own physical body in its resting state. An OOBE projection is an
advanced meditation and will take some time to master.
